Good Mechanic

I have a Ford focus that I brought with me from Dubai a year ago; I have services it once at Ford dealership in the industrial area. I was completely disappointed and after being charged almost QR1000 for a simple service (Oil and filters) I knew for a fact that brakes needed a change but they failed to notify me of that and on top of all that the car was returned to me dirtier than it was when I handed it over. This stopped me from buying a new Explorer. Same service at a petrol station would've cost a fraction of that price.
Now I want to find out if anyone can recommend a good mechanic who preferably knows European cars (my focus'made in Germany not USA same as the ones you'd find in Europe) and of course someone professional not a cowboy trader. Help please
