Fingerprinting in Qatar for UAE Police Clearance

Hi,
My husband needs to get a police clearance from the UAE and one of the requirements is to get fingerprints here in Qatar to be certified by the UAE Embassy and MOF.
Does anyone know where to get the fingerprints done? In CID?

Hi newgirl - Did you get the finger print done and did you manage to get the police clearance from UAE. can you please explain what needs to be done ??
hi kapirani12, have you done your fingerprints? my husband went to the CID along Salwa road (where newcomers/new residents get their fingerprints done). He said after one week he will come back for the printed copies, then we'll have it attested, etc. :) Hope this also helps you.

But why UAE police clearance is reqd. in qatar ..?? Is this any new kind of requirement ??
