Fingerprint Failed for three times

Hi,

I am in Qatar last three months, my resident permit is still under process, because my fingerprint scanning failed for last three attempts. due to the harsh weather and due to the usage of soap I got allergy on both palms and skin started to peel off, I took treatment through a dermatologist for around a month, now my skin peeling completely stopped but I am having a wrinkle over the fingertip and the fingerprint is not properly scannable. I have produced medical certificate two times to postpone the fingerprint appointment. 

My question is if I fail in next few chances will I get deported?. is there is any other solution to get this done.I think I cannot postpone anymore my doctor told me that, the medicine which he gave is a maximum drag which can be prescribed.I am also planning to resign my job if I fail in the next chance because I don't want to get deported.

Any pieces of advice are appreciated.
