family visa for wife

hi friendS .i need your help i apply residence visa for my wife and when i print it.it was showing on type of visa /FAMILY - PERSONALLY.
my wife arrived in doha we went to medical and after 2 week no message from medical coffm.we decide to go for finger print and when we got to the women section they ask for form .
when we went to ask for the form at the men section.the officer said it is showing 1 Month on the visa it is visit .we have to go to the immigration first. do i have to extend it before to continue for the ID.
PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO OR IF THE VISA IS WRONG ?

i just login in and they said visit.so is not possible to converte it for a permanent visa in this case?

i dont know why they put visit i aplly for permanent visa.

loin to moi.gov and then go to e-services and type passport number. Then they will show u whrther its a permanent visa or visit visa.

if visit visa then go for medical test before one month.
