Family Visa "Rejected"

Hi Expertise, am recently applied for family visa having salary QAR 8.9k Position "Administration" and accommodation & Transport being provided by company the same is being mentioned the NOC and Employment contract from the company, still my visa is rejected even after the first committee meeting with Captain (Lajna) now approaching for 3 months to complete status has not been changed hence can you please advise what could be the reason for still rejection and solution to resolve if you have experienced such sitatuion.
