FAMILY RP VISA DEFERRED - "Degree issue"

Salam,

I've applied on the 11/05/2015, all the needed documents were provided (6 Bank Statements, NOC, Original Work Contract with role "Computer Engineer", QID/RP with role "Computer Engineer", Loan stamped by the Municpcality for a period of 1 year, Salary more than 15k, Applying only for my wife - no kids, Copy of my degree "Computer Engineer" stamped and attested by both Qatar embassy in Morocco as well as MOFA, etc.).

The problem is, the operator in MOI counter said you are identified as engineer but you don't have bachaleor, in Morocco and in general in french studies system computer engineer is equivalent to Bachelor "5 years of studies".

I've tried to meet "Dabit/Captain" with no success, whenever I go there they told me OK OK come back in 3 days, check online "everytime same status Deferred".

Any advise plz ?
