Family RP hurdles

Dear Friends,

My profession is Civil Engineer. I have applied for family RP. After 4 days its status was showing Differed. I visited again and provided the required documents. But still even after 5 days its showing differed status. Again I visited the Immigration office, They said there is NO REASON. Check after some days. But even after 1 week its same status.

Can anyone would guide me what should I do next or what is exact situation?
