False absconding case done by my employer

The company made me false absconding case against me. They clearly planned and handover me to police.without proper enquiry cid deport me to India.

Now how many years ban to enter Qatar?

I want to come back to Qatar.

What is legal way to remove my ban?

If you have not challenged your deportation thru court case before returning back, now you do not have any option and you are banned for life by CEID department.

You can able to come back to any other GCC country to work if you get a new job offer without any issues but not to Qatar.

I think you can forget about coming back. The best option is to contact Qatar Embassy in your country and see if they can help you get the information or ask a friend to check with CID
