Expired working visa

I obtain NOC from my previous company and Im working now with my new sponsor but my problem is the transfer of my visa to my new sponsor is quite slow and until now I am not yet transferred.

My question is if my visa will expired on Nov 25 of this month and I go through the grace period of 90 days is it possible that my visa will be transferred and if its possible to transfer eventhough it is expired how much have to pay per day for the penalty.

Please guys I need your help and thoughts for this matter.

zesca rae thanks. If my new employer will cancel the visa and start the processing of RP again what will be the consequences. Please need your help badly.

You can not transfer a expired visa . You must get your old employer to renew the visa . Or cancel the visa and start RP process again

I feel the process of the transfer has not yet started because until now I didnt sign any contract wild turkey.

If the process of the transfer has already started, you don't have to worry.
