I am in Qatar for 10 days now. I got Hired in my home country through outsourcing Co.
is it possible to sign another offer letter with another company ? I went to medical examination and finger prints is pending.
by the way, the company paid my flight ticket to come to Doha.

i know that my current sponsor invested money to bring me to Doha, but I'd like to find a way to
be with my family. if you are sure of your answer, then I can just work here and feed my family in the my home town.
nakefa, no i did not pay the outsourcing company, but the thing is i was supposed to get 10k but what is offered is 7k only, so no way to sponsor my wife and daughter.
No, you cannot...they already invested money in you. Even if they say its ok to change, you maybe blacklisted later by your current employer. 2 year ban might be imposed to you.
How much you paid for the outsourcing company to hire you?
