Last 7 days my etheraz app is not working in my android device.. 3 times complaint registered.. no response.. poor service.. unable to enter any shops.. horrible.. what they expect? Do i want to buy a new phone??

Make sure that your bluetooth are also turn on when opening the etheraz app. Sometimes mine isnt working as well because the bluetooth are turned off.
Uninstall the Ehteraz app / reboot your device / install the application again.
