emergency leave

hello sir/madom im working in qater for now 3 months. but i need to go home for an emergency situation. what is the procedure me to do.. and my resident card also still disnt get if any problem with that to go?

as I know.......you must have resident permit otherwise you should cancel visa then go if its emergency.
