I purchased an acer dx900 from Emax
and returned it within the week I had quite a number of problems with it so returned it to which I was told it would be sent to their workshop to be checked (their returns policy states" if it is faulty exchange or credit note. )this was on thurs. 16th sept. I was told it would be back on mon. (yesterday) went to the place of purchase (outside carrefor villaggio) to which I was told Workshop are repairing it it will now be Wed. Almost a week without my phone I would of been happy with an exchange and despite the managers promise to call me this morning 21st still no call. Be very careful purchasing from EMax they take your money very quickly but help/support is VERY poor.
Let me give you some advice,never buy Acer laptops,they are poor quality.Spend a little more money and get something much better like a Toshiba or a HP laptop.
I had a issue with them. regarding Belkin wireless router. I fight with them and make them pay me cash back.
they have poor policies for customer after they sold a product.
ask them to give refund....
