Driving with Learner License in Qatar

Dear All, Please share the experience about driving a car in qatar with Learner Driving License. Actually my friend is getting training from Alkhebra School. He have a Learner driving license, For more practice can he drive a car without Instructor? what will be the condition if my friend is driving car with a person who have valid qatari driving license? (Not Instructor). Please let me know as 10 November 2014 he is appearing in last chance for road test. That's why he want to drive more time for better grip. waiting for your kind replies.

newexpatqatar has rightly said....learner driving license holder can drive a car with a person who has instructor license and authorized to do so. beware...if you get caught...u will be fined heavily and may be deported from qatar. suggest not to take any risk.
That is not allowed ..It's illegal to drive on roads with just learner permit & without a certified instructor !
Also, you have to learn to drive only in designated training vehicles & not just any car.
