Document attestation in Qatar embassy in Makati, Philippines.

After getting my documents and certificates red-ribboned from the DFA in the Philippines, do I still need to go to Qatar Embassy in Makati, Philippines and get them stamped or it is not needed anymore and I will just get them attested here in the Philippine Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs?
