If you marriage is legally registered in Qatar court, Then you can go to the same court in Al Sadd, opp blue salon to do the process. Otherwise you can check with embassy as the registration might have been done from Origin.. I guess it helps

Wouldn't it be better to get this information from the US Embassy in Doha ?
