Direction Help in Doha??

Hello everyone,
I have a bit of an issue, I am trying to send a friend a gift parcel but I can't seem to find her location on the Doha map.
I need to send it to Al-Arqam Acadmey, but I can't find it on the maps.
All I have is that it is between the Abuhamour round-about and the Market Round-about, next to the Al-Mammarua complex.
Can someone please give exact directions/roads, so that I can find on the map on this website??

I did check their website and google maps. But their maps weren't very accurate, trying to find it on the maps this site was real tough.
