Diet supplement on Hold in Ministry of health

I have ordered some diet supplement Tablets from USA , they items were available before in GNC stores in qatar ,

but currently they are out of stock ,

as per aramex my shipment is on hold and was transfered to ministry of health & I have to clear it myself from there!

any idea or experience about what will i face there, ? where is the location , what are the working hours ?

will I be stuck in the routine ? !!

**the items are all natural and was ordered from Iherb.com & through Aramex Shop & ship

@Mark fire & @febmariya , so it's not a big deal , is this a normal routin , is there any thing can be done in the future to avoid such a hassle ,

Near Hmc Hospital Doha..Just go there show ur ID & get it..If it is banned in qatar,they will not give.As medical product they forwarded to ministry of health.
