if not, did the ministry of labor punish company who violated the qatar labor law? what is the process if im complaining about salary delayed for 3 months?

DON'T AFRAID , STRAIGHT AWAY U MAY GO TO LABOR COURT AND COMPLAINT ABOUT COMPANY , DON'T FORGET TO TAKE UR CONTRACT COPY , AND TELL THEM TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO THIS COMPANY , EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE BY YOUR WORD COMPLAINT.
