as for my knowledge, there is no such combination you're looking available here in Qatar. I believe you're having this medicine brought from India. I suggest you to consult a GP here and explain your situation. He might then suggest you a suitable medicine available here locally. Do not wait until you run out of your Diabetes meds.

Check at any pharmacy.

If you do a bit of walking, it would be good for your diabetes also.
