Desktop Computer Repair

Can anyone recommend a store that is able to repair a custom built desktop computer?

I have a hardware issue and am bascially looking for someone to switch out parts and determine the part(s) that have failed.

I looked on Google, called and dropped by a few places but none are willing to try to fix it. If I had the spare parts myself it would be a maximun 30 minute job to diagnose.
