data flow result

hello,need help.. i keep on checking my data flow status on moh-uae tracker,but the page always shows that there is no record found. one time when i check it again it already shows that my application is complete but i cant view my certificate. I tried to recheck it the following day and again,i cant track my application showing that there is no record found. i didnt receive any email from data flow . What should be the best thing i can do? please reply.thanks

you should got to the supreme council health office(near fire station r/a),ground floor,counter no.12 or 14,they will give you the confirmation
