Cure your depression and anxiety

I am looking to form a group where people dealing with a down phase in life can connect. Sharing each other's fears and seeking friendly counsel can really help alleviate symptoms. Having dealt with these issues myself, I have good experience in dealing and completely curing anxiety and depression naturally without medication. People interested pls feel free to call or message me.

Farman, I believe Jade is expressing a personal opinion only. However, I do agree with this opinion. In Islam, the thing about depression and anxiety regarding worldly matters is almost nonexistent among practicing Muslims. Thing is, in the Quran we are instructed to seek help in prayer and patience. We are told God Loves the patient. We are also told, if the whole world together want something good to happen to u and God Doesn't, nothing good can come ur way. And in this instance we're told that this is a test from God which He Will ultimately Solve. And if God Wants something good 4u and the whole world together doesn't, this good will happen. There4 no stress at all. The faith cures all.

People who have less belief in allah go depressed as they haunt more with life looking at things which will not be achievable to all. Media today has spoiled the controlling ability of individuals and hence these issues. So each individual weather he is a victim or not he wants to go with worldly made cures of medicine or other issues. Muslims have their own cure in practicing islam/peace to the commands of allah. Every thing is here in the for of true peace.

A worldly person, the moment one is there, he/she ends up physiologically with the notions of anxiety.
