From which country are you from freez15? If from the Philippines, just last week i have read an article about contract substitution and they are encouraging the victims to file a complain. http://www.gulf-times.com/pdflinks//PDFs/2014/11/23/Daily%20newspaper_2014_11_23_000000.pdf

Freez - Don't let them grab your money.. not even a penny.. If you listen to MM you will lose 7200 QR in two years.. and it is not only you..they might be doing the same for your colleagues as well.. if you know someone who is also in the same situation, then you altogether visit your embassy first and register a complain and then go to labour ministry as well.

Point 1 - Don't let suppression continue

Point 2 - Don't accept loss because of someone else mistake

Point 3 - It is better to go home than working for someone who don't fulfill their promises.

Complain in the labour ministry.. no strikes or protests...just complain then pray and hope for the best.

Thats just bad advice man, People get cheated all the time yes i agree but it has to stop so the best thing to do "Freez15" is to have a chat with the management and explain and ask them to justify the reason behind this deduction and based on that if its not a valid reason then take it up with the Labor department after all for example if the contract says you need to work 10 hours then they will make sure you will work that amount of hours in order to get your salary right so which means what ever is on the contract that you signed is binded by law so you can take it up with the labor department but if you do go to that extent trust me it will not be very easy to work with the management after so please keep it as a last resort but try to talk to them and get it sorted out.

You are short of 300 Riyals / month , its not your fault , people get cheated many times in the life. Now instead opposing your seniors , make firends with them , look for overtime chances to recover your lost money. Work sincerely so that you could get better increment next year ....... I am hopeful you would make up your losses in two years when you would get promotion ........ Pray hard , be hopeful .......................... .............. Sat , 29.11.2014, 06.02 hrs
