Can anyone on QL help me to know about the cisco switch 224. I tried to google but did not get much info.

can you let me know which peripheral device ?
i guess you are talking about Cisco SRW 224. If yes, you cant configure STP on it.
To uplink the Switch, connect one end of a Cat5 (or better) cable into one of the 24 10/100 ports, and then
connect the other end of the cable into the peripheral device’s uplink port. MDI/MDIX will automaticlaly detect the speed and cable type.
Do you know whr i can get the technical spec on this device.
i mean can i config STP or any uplink from this swith to another ?
