Changing visa for baby without exit

Hi all,

Please reply to my query. My delivery was in Qatar. I'm working in a private firm. Now we are in India. My baby will be coming on arrival visa to Qatar. After arrival only my baby will be adding to my sponsorship. My question is without exit can visa get changed for my baby? Please reply..
