CHANGE IN SPONSORSHIP

Good day!
Hello, I would like to ask for some advice and information regarding change of sponsorship.
I am a filipino citizen and have been working in Qatar as an Engineer for the past 4 years. I will be getting married this February 2012 in the Philippine Embassy here in Qatar. My fiance which is living in Qatar for the past 20 years is under Father Sponsorship, with Qatar Laws how do they treat this? Would they require my fiance to change her Father Sponsorship into Husband Sponsorship? If they do, what are the requirements? (min salary?, certificate of marriage? etc?) What are the procedures to do?
*Btw my working visa states that my work is Supervisor and not Engineer, do i need to change this title to sponsor my fiance?
I've been trying to check some information at MOI website but i didnt find anything with regards to this kind of situation.
Hope someone had done this before and much would like to hear from you.
Thank you for all the help you could provide.
Have a blessed day.
@arlene
Thank you for the info :)
As far as i know, if someone will get married under father sponsor then, she need to transfer her sponsorship to his husband. However, i know that MOI revised some procedures regarding husband sponsorship, probably its better if you can personally drop by at Immigration Office to check the new requirements rather than inquiring from here, so you can have the first hand information from the officer.
Your Title is fine, however, if your office can change it to your official title...probably its better.! GoodLuck!
