Change my profession in ID

Hi guys, I came in Qatar in 2007 under Brick Mason visa and now Iam transferring my Visa to another company, and joining as a procurement assistant. I have +2 (Commerce) Certificate, Diploma in Computer Applications and 7 years exp. in same field). My question is, by holding this same visa, can I bring my family to here under family visit visa (extendable to 6 months). Or, I need to change to change my profession in my visa before it?. Please advise.....
