Change of employer

Hello,

I am working as Engineer in one of the company since october 2019 till now. One QID renewed just few days ago. I was stuck in india for 6 months due to covid. so out of last one year my working days would be like 6 months only, but as per QID renewed one ID.... So can i change my job locally now or is there any requirement like we need to complete one working year?
