Car owners did u had this problem?

I have Nissan Pathfinder 98 model automatic transmissin which until last week had no problems at all. the brakes gradually started to be weak and the engine misfiring everytime i applied brakes with the transission lever in Drive "D" position(the problem is agravated if the AC is switched on). Nissan agency studied a replaced my brake booster. the problem subsided but has started to happen again. pls advice what could the problem for the engine misfire be? if u can suggest me a good mechanic other than the agency.
nothing at all with the brake booster if the engine misfires while applying brake. Change the ignition plugs, & let the nissan agency check EFI system(electronic fuel injection). problem might be in idling position engine's not getting the right ratio of air-fuel mixture.
possiblities could be many, but should not be preffered any local to chek, as these model cars were equipped with ECU, which should be done through proper channel.
time to change, don't fix becuase you will start a cycle of problems that will never end.
Check the level of Gear/Transmission Lubricant. Infact, better to replace it.
