Car accident

I had an accident on Monday, where a lady driver driving a cruiser hit me from behind. She said she had missed balance as she dropeed her access card and bent down to take it and hence the accident.
We both exchanged phone numbers and agreed to go to police later that day. However, she delayed going that day and since then she has been avoiding my calls and messages. What am I suppose to do?
ibrahim, what a funny name for a lady.
tats the problem if someone bends down....the mishap happens ! :(
Anyways, I am sure the security guard will not be of any help although he was present at the site cos he will not be going to court or police station for giving any proofs.
If you have noted down that ladys car plate number then complain to the authorities or else you can even give tat ladys contact number to the authorities they will surely do something.
Best of luck !
By the way, Did she get the Access card after dropping it?
Well, I am a lady driver as well but yea I don't speak that good Arabic. I didn't take pic but there were security guards present at the accident site and I have number of one of them and if required maybe he can be a witness.
You must always get out of the way of "lady" drivers. They don't care at all and are always busy with the phone, But, they speak Arabic, and that's what the police will like.
Similar case I had before. That lady and me was agreed to go to police station after office hour. When I called her in the evening, her response was different. She was asked me to accept that was my fault so she can pay me cash. I said no, then she delayed later she came because I took the picture of her vehicle on the spot.
I don't think in your case the police will be favour on you unless you show some proof.
Go to the police station .. File a report .. Give them her phone number .. They will try to contact her
I have her vehicle number but unfortunately couldn't take any pics of the accident scenario. And it happened in Dafna, infront of Alfardan towers. So which is the nearest police station to go?
Did you note down her vehicle number? any snaps taken?
Report to the nearest police station immediately with the Vehicle number and since you have the contact details.
