Cannot transfer vehicle ownership using Metrash 2

Dear Friends,

I sold my car yesterday and find a strange issue that when I tried to transfer the ownership from metrash 2 it return error "contact traffic department" . I have no violations or any other issues.. Please advice me

Anyone else face such issues before?

Any idea why I cannot transfer car with Metrash 2 .. When I bought, seller used the same metrash 2 to transfer ownership to my name.

Kapil, did you get it resolve? Even I am facing the same issue... I cannot transfer the vehicle to a specific QID..

In system there are no violations.. Is it possible to have nothing in system still you have fine pending?

Kapil, It is normal, my colleague also faced same situation, 3 days back, she got it cleared by visiting the police station, there was a over speeding fine on her car. It was okay after that, So no need to worry just check out the fines if any .......
