Cancellation of visa

Hi, I am working here in Qatar for the last 3 years, I went for my leave before 4 months and joined duty from August 2015. Now I have some family issues and need to go back to country. I want to know whether i am entitled to get end of service benefit and one way ticket to go back to country. Thank you in advance.

Yes, You must get one way ticket from your comapny ......... if not ...... let the HR staff fund it .......... your boss may contribute as well .........................

You are entitled to get your End of Service benefits. However, for the one-way ticket, it depends of your contract and the management of your company.
