Can Qatari Driving License be Valid in US for a Short Period ??

Can a vehicle be rented out from a US airport using Qatari Driving License for short visit of less than a month ?

Do they accept Qatar issued Credit Cards for the payment ??

Qatari driving license can not be used. U have to go for International license.
