Can I report an Abusive Bahraini?

Please advise me what I need to do to report this incident.
I was driving home from work today,  at approximately 3.30pm on Al Jamiaa Street.  I allowed one car to cut in front of me, but I would not allow a second car.  This guy then opened his door and started shouting and waving his phone at me, he took the registration number of my car.  He stayed there for 5 minutes, all the traffic was beeping at him.  I was very upset and frightened by this aggressive man.  I was alone in the car.
I took a picture of his car but the registration is in Bahrain.
I would like to report this man, as he should not be allowed to make women feel unsafe.

I don't feel like driving to the police station, Can I email them?

the mistake is not yours and you don't need to panic. the guy must be suffering from schizophrenia. take it off your mind. nothing is going to happen

Yes , you must report the incident to the police. Better to go there with a friend. Good luck!

Calli, he was very cheap fellow, atleast keep a written record of this incident with you for being on the safe side , although you must not worry about it ... he won't be having enough balance in his account to call the police from his mobile ...... I am so sure ..... Good Luck & Cheers ..... ..... Wed, 30.10.2013 , 17.47 hrs ...
