I am currently employed but not very happy with my company. I am planning to go out of the country this July. I am just thinking is it possible to come back after six months at least?

within 6 months. You are subjected to 2-years ban as per existing law.
You have to deal with your current company about NOC. Nobody and no one can issue NOC EXCEPT your company/sponsor. Talk to them diplomatically ant convince them to issue you NOC (by either compromising about benefits or anything you can trade for that piece of paper).

my company doesn't give NOC
Yes you can come back after 6 month but require a NOC from present sponsor.
it seems many are unhappy with their companies here..
that is also my question.
