The Peninsula newspaper reported yesterday that Real estate prices have fallen in the suburbs of Doha by nearly 50%. Land prices have also fallen by 30%. Many properties are lying empty and further falls are expected in after the December holidays.Think carefully before buying any property!

Yes you can.

But please, do not have a loan here in Doha. If by anychance you have to leave the country for good or loose your job, you are stucked here for ever and ruin your life and your family's life.

Think twice before doing it.

Also, wait, the prices are coming down.

Wishing you the best.

yes u can...

however it is getting difficult to obtain mortgage these days.

I recommend Pearl as the apt.s are mostly ready to be occupied.

It looks like lusail development needs another 2-3 yrs...

However waiting is more wise as it is expected that the prices will come down in the coming year.

QR2.7M for a 2 bedroom apartment in The Pearl. Goodluck!

I don't know with the 'Zigzag' Tower and Lusail. :D
