Can anyone guide me how to sue Goodwill Cargo for failure to deliver goods?
I sent a cargo of 14 items (invoice no.5242) to my hometown in India through GOODWILL CARGO, located on Old Airport Road, (near Al Roneq), on July 9, 2020. They assured me to deliver the cargo by air on or before August 19, 2020. But I have received only one item (TV) so far. It is alomost three months, and the fate of the rest of the items is unknown. Whenever I call them (ph: 44626549, M: 33188200) from India they cut my phone. I request authorities concerned to help me how to sue GOODWILL CARGO for failure to deliver my cargo. Hey, Rawat. After I posted your complaint on their Facebook account, they replied with:" Within 3 days we deliver." Just keep me informed if it really happens.

MM, every time he calls they cut the phone. Maybe you can help him by calling the 'gentlemen' three times a day for three days.

Unfortunately, you cannot. You have stated you have a receipt from them. This receipt has no value in such business transactions and the cargo agents know of this. Then also, how can you sue the company from your home country while the transaction was done in Qatar. Many people are not aware of the rules and regulations of shipping and such companies are all smiles when they receive your cargo but are also aware that none of their promises will be kept. There have been many reports of such unscrupulous activities at QL in the past also.
However, there still may be a possibility you may receive your remaining items. You see these cargo companies do not dispatch small packets but they need to fill a 20' container and for that they need to wait for other customers. The container could get filled up within a month if business is good, or it could tale several months otherwise. With situation of Covid-19, business must have been low. Hence, the delay.
