Beware of Asteco
If at all possible do not sign any rental agreement with Asteco. All is well until you decide to vacate the premises. Asteco will not return your deposit in due time even though you clear all the utility bills and you let your flat in like new conditions. These guys have no business integrity whatsoever. The will likely tell you that they are processing some sort of paperwork and even though you have in hands emails sent internally showing that they indeed received all documents in due time. Not to mention their incredible ability to lie to an extent rarely seen elsewhere.

Not only Asteco doing this silent robbery almost every real estate companies doing this in Qatar, once u vacate they will deduct like anything for painting,plumbing,cleaning maintenance etc, it will end in one month extra payment same as ur monthly rent.
I dont think anyone in that sector has ever heard of the words, 'ethics', 'integrity' or the likes.
