i'd say da best way wud be to approach Merkhiya Roundabout FROM TV Roundabout and TURN RIGHT !
Now u head STRAIGHT for 3 ROUNDABOUTS..
voila, your at the north atlantic

Sports Roundabout (which is near Hamad Hospital with signals in it) going towards Rayyan
you will get a signal junction turn right there.(left it goes to alsadd straight it goes to rayyan rigth to Bin omran)
and now on that road you will need to cross 5 round abouts
and on sixth you will see CNA at your right after crossin it.
