Genreally Some people in poor country fight to gain weight others in rich country fight to loss weight this life but my advice to loss weight is just divide your stomach into three lines on quarter for water second quarter for (natural) food and the last for faith never never fill up your stomach when ever u take food and make regural exercise sleep on time

Thers no secret to weight loss, eat and excercise moderately is the only solution. Any fast weight loss will only result in fast gain weight later on when you are off the "diet".
