Air ticket web booking complaint
Oman Air Single journey we used ticket that was lost baggage for 4 passengers almost 18 hours. Food items completely damaged due to pick summer/overheated.
During return journey didn't get the seats by mismanagement and again to get back my family (4 passengers) at pick season- last movement.. I spent almost double than what I paid to Oman Air. And now wasting lots of time to get my reimbursement, despite several mails no response from airline. Till date my money not received nor any compensation..How can I fight for my rights? My Money is blocked since 7/4/2013. Please share your opinion.
