Thanks for all who commented and give some sort of advice on my last forum (Achieving Ideal Weight Part II).
Walking on the small hill in Aspire really sweat me a lot. I feel like I lost 2 pounds, I will try another place next time. Any suggestion which other place aside from Corniche & Aspire that have facilities to do walking and jogging?
Just nibble on smallest portions of fruits or nuts or chips and lots of tomato-carrot soup or juices or lime water.
You will reduce a good weight within 2-3 days..I can bet..
If u wanna join a gym. Try Aspire Active Gym. Its Cheap and they have very good workout classes with Instructors...
There is a new gym in barwa village (pro fitness), and they have special offer: Q.R.900/- for 3 month

Maybe you can suggest any gym for lady aside from City Center
I tried to ask the monthly rate charges on City Center gym, it cost too much and there is no guaranty if you will lose weight.

a GYM and a nutrition programmer is the best option, rather than to run at 40 degrees Celsius!
you can go to Rumalia park, there are many hills to climb. OR how about registering in a gym where you workout under supervision of a specialized
