Accommodation Required

Hello All,

I have been searching for accomodation, and perhaps I am too picky or to lazy. I need to find accomodation in the Abu Hamour area, but here is the thing, the prices are breaking my bank ! If anyone hears of a real nice deal for me, I would love to hear from you. My price range is 5000 to 7000, and I need a 3 bedroom with balcony, or garden, or pool. It has to have at least one bathroom and covered parking. I don't mind if it is a old run down place, I will make the required upgrade such as painting, etc. It is the space that I am looking for, to fit my purse !

3 bedroom flat plus garden or a pool in 5-7k is nearly impossible !But strange you are looking for only 1 bathroom in a 3 bedroom flat ! Your price range is suitable for 2 bhk max. unfurnished
