about Pharmacist

Hi. I would like to ask you the process of working as Pharmacist, i know we need to have 3 years experience + Exam then i would be able to apply for job, but the question is how to get the experience as i m fress graduate from my country and needs to start my career as trainee, i heard from different sources i have to get approvel from SCH, if yes then what is that procedure as i already visited Pharmacy health council and SCH but did not get or reach the proper body to get reasonable info.
