2.5 months salary unpaid

Our Company didn't pay salary 2.5 months company Director(CEO) flew to his country after that he send mail that shareholders withdraw supporting Qatar branch

what action we need to take against this if we go labor court did we get our justice ?

we need pending salary and complete settlement .will labor court support us ?

Yes it will support you because the owner is Qatari, so he will be liable to pay everything. Also, how come you are still working without a manager? What company is this and what activities do you do?
