Need some advise
Hi folks , I bought a car around 2 months ago , my wife could not drive it and I had the car only 20 days and I sold it .
2 weeks later , buyer called me to say ; he brought the car to the inspection(his inspection report shows same items plus few more damages)This car has an accident . He will go to the police if I don't pay 10.000 Qar to compensate the damage , since metrash shows 0 accidents , I seem like I am cheating the police . He thinks that I went to the garage and repaired without police report .
when He bought the car , he did not inspected . When I bought the car on the inspection , few paints and some cracks were there but there is no reported accident , so I said the car has no accident , and metrash shows zero .
How can I solve that problem ? Of course I will not pay anything . But need some legal advise now.

He can do nothing except give you verbal threats, that's all. Next time record his threat and then tell him on his face point blank that if doesn't stop threatening you, YOU will report him to the police. If he does go over to the authorities, he will achieve nothing. Just take a manly stand, and everything will fall into place.
Yes the car has been transferred him . The thing is when I bought the car , I didn’t know it has repaired and metrash was showing 0 . So I mentioned the same way the car has zero accident . Most probably previous owner cheated on me . (Repaired without police report) And I became a liar now . He is threatening me to file a report on police or CID .
Has the car been transferred to the new owner who is claiming money from you? If it has been transferred, you simply ask him to simply GET LOST. There is absolutely nothing he can do now.
