Need advise

Hello my wife has a valid Qatar ID it's like free visa and she is pregnant showing all her reports in her health center, just wanted to check is there any issue to get a baby delivery here in Qatar, if not who will be the sponsor for the child, As husband i dont have 10,000 qar salary also.. Is there any issue please advise

First, if you wife has a valid Qatar ID, then she must be on a permanent visa. From where does "Its like a free visa" issue arise?

Second, your is a tricky question. I suggest you pay a visit to any Immigration and Passport office except the one located at AL Gharaffa and talk to the captain. He will advise you best.
