I have a hearing at the Rental Dispute Committee - any advice?

I had issues with my previous landlord company and they forced me to vacate my house. I approached the Rental Dispute Committee who are extremely professional and well organized, and they gave me a date for the hearing that is coming up next month. Has anyone gone through any of these hearings? Any advice? I'd love to be as prepared as possible.
