help to get my money back

i have debt from someone 1 million riyal.now this guy was caught by police in 2021 and his judgement was 5 years prision and deportation.he provided me 3 blank cheque and contract as well.now my question is how can i get my money back while he is on jail.and if there is any lawyer who wanted to solve this with percentage .
